Integrated Security, Inc. is a full service security provider from consultation to design and integration. Our consulting practice was born out of our experience as a security integrator. Our comprehensive experiences across multiple markets and business functions provides us with the leadership to collaborate with clients in their pursuit of becoming high-performance and resilient organizations. Our consulting approach is diagnostic in nature and provides the client with product and design standards, resources and policies and procedures that create the framework for that resiliency.
We build solutions from the bottom up using a custom approach that brings product and design standards, resources, and policies and procedures together.

Unified Specification Services
Our unified specification services were born out of our experience as a security integration firm. Our experience revealed that Division 8 door hardware and Division 28 electronic safety and security are often designed in silos. We are committed to providing the leadership that unifies the division specifications to optimize the security design and minimize cost overruns.

We also offer the leadership and guidance our clients need to integrate mechanical and electronic solutions so that their system functions and is serviced optimally.

Door hardware is one of the first engagements we have with a building, but often an afterthought during a construction project and as a result, door frame structure and reinforcement are compromised. Our mechanical services group, with our deep understanding of Division 8, can provide a range of security solutions to meet any need.
Design & Construction Services
Pre-Schematic Phase:
- Perform needs assessment to determine project vision
- Define parameters for security and door hardware specifications
- Determine existing facility and compliance standards
- Prepare conceptual design comprised of product selection and security system layout
Construction Documentation:
- Finalize exact device locations
- Review and coordinate specification documents with consultants of related systems
- Produce layers on architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Deliver specification documents for Division 8 and Division 28
Bidding Phase:
- Provide construction documents supporting systems integration
- Conduct pre-bid coordination meeting and walkthrough
- Create scope review matrix highlighting the variances among qualified bids
Construction Administration:
- Perform submittal review
- Review and approve project implementation plan
- Facilitate collaboration and provide leadership on security design
- Provide meeting minutes to key parties for project coordination
System Commissioning:
- Create and oversee completion of punch list
- Observe and validate full system commissioning
- Participate in end-user training session
