With over 30 years of experience, Mike has distinguished himself as a leader in the Security Integration market.    His experience working for American Security Distribution and Medeco, where he was promoted to positions of  increasing responsibility, completed a well-rounded education of the Security Industry.  An entrepreneur by nature, Mike returned to the family business and re-established it as one of the first security integration companies in New England, where he lead it through its largest growth phase since the company opened its doors in 1972.  Mike oversees ISI’s corporate direction, including the institution of LEAN Management and customer-centric practices.  He is Board licensed by the Massachusetts Electrical Examiners, has extensive knowledge of life safety and building codes, and an outstanding knowledge of security-related products, technology & emerging security trends.

Brad has over 15 years of security industry experience, with a focus on Enterprise software & systems standards.  At ISI, he’s directly responsible for the design and development of automated systems to keep Integrated Security, and our customers, up and running.  With degrees in Architectural Drafting & Design, and coursework in Business Administration and Computer Science. His knowledge of the service industry and dedication to customer satisfaction offer ISI’s customers a unique experience in the Security Integration marketplace.  He’s also responsible for technical training and support within the ISI organization.
