Unlike others in the industry, ISI maintains our service department separate from our installation department.  What does this mean for our clients?

• Quicker response time: Dispatch does not need to pull technicians off of projects to attend to service calls, we have a dedicated staff ready for these reactive calls.

• Better troubleshooting: Our service technicians are specifically trained in troubleshooting skills to "peel back the onion" and diagnose a problem logically and correctly.

• Speedier repairs: Service vehicles are stocked with a completely different set of inventory than an installation vehicle. We keep the most common repair parts on the truck so we can minimize the delay of ordering materials and returning to complete the repair.

How to Place a Service Call During Regular Hours...

Please have all possible information, including manufacturer names, model numbers and detailed description on the issue and follow one of these easy steps:

1.) Call (877) 581-SAFE (7233) and ask for "Service", a representative will assist you in your problem.

2.) Use our on-line Service Call Request, our Service Coordinator will call you with the schedule (and perhaps for more information.)

3.) Send an e-mail to our Service Department (please provide a valid phone number so our Service Coordinator can call you with the schedule)

After-Hours Emergency?

No Problem! Our technicians are on call 24 hours per day!

Simply call Call (877) 581-SAFE (7233) and follow these steps:

1.) For Mechanical related Emergencies (doors, frames, locks, keys, etc...) dial 1317 and leave a message.

2.) For Electronic related Emergencies (alarms, access control, cameras, intercoms, etc...) dial 1318 and leave a message.

Please leave a detailed message with a valid call back number, our technician will return your call within 15 minutes.
